**About the role**

Responsible for oversight and scheduling of all Release Management activities including all change records for the Identity and Access Management Platforms, release manager will project manage/ deliver point of engagement for Release and Change activities. Including implementing strong release governance, consistency of releases and drive a continuous improvement culture with those leading change on IAM platforms This role will focus on the engagement and communication across functional and technical business units to ensure a smooth transition for a variety of projects and product releases across the organisation.

In this role you will also:

- Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
- Maintains the release schedule for all identity services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
- Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio
- Be able to step in to manage, advise and provide consultation to squads if and when required
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality

**About you**:
You’ll also need:

- Formal training in project management practices preferred
- 2 years+ previous release and/or project management experience preferred
- Very high attention to detail is mandatory
- Ability to engage with Business and IT Teams at various levels
- Technical understanding of Coles IT systems and integration advantageous
- Understand high level impact of change to critical functionality & potential operational impacts as a results of implementing major change
