A successful applicant must have:

- Minimum 2 days availability;
- Very outgoing and upbeat personality;
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone manner;
- Having previous sales knowledge and over the phone appointment setting experience is high desirable;
- Discussing energy-saving solutions and obtaining the consent to hand the lead to our sales agents to set appointments;
- Problem solving skills and tenacity;
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies;
- Resilient: Handling rejection professionally and persistently pursuing appointments;
- Attractive hourly rate with potential into full time;
- Bonus for exceeding KPI;
- Career advancement to a energy consultant, team leader or manager role
