**About the role**
Development Experts lead software development projects and design high-quality solutions, providing technical leadership to their teams. They manage software planning, development and construction activities, and evaluate and resolve highly complex issues within the development and production environments.

Development Experts have an in depth understanding of the ICT landscape and the components that are undergoing or being affected by any project and/or change within their remit.

Development Experts have demonstratable experience in programming best practice, ensuring adherence to relevant standards, guidelines and methods for system development.

Development Experts collaborate with stakeholders, playing a key role in fostering partnerships, providing strategic advice and optimising the effectiveness of projects within their area of responsibility. They drive the implementation and integration of projects at the operational level.

Development Experts work autonomously under the broad direction of senior staff with decision-making highly dependent on their own judgement. In performing a leadership role, they identify and drive innovation, manage and lead change, and have an active role in contributing to, and implementing the department’s strategic direction.

Website Developer
- Website Developer will need to have a good understanding in Web related technologies, namely Drupal and WordPress. They should have an understanding of using back-end technologies related to the website development.

Smart Forms developer
- Smartforms developers will need experience in building with Smart Forms using tools such as SmartIQ and Maestro technologies. They will need Experience and/or knowledge in common web programming languages, such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, building web services with a sound understanding of the HTML Document Object Model and XML structures.

Siebel Developer
- Develop data migration and data load packages using Enterprise Integration Manager.

Fusion Middleware Developer
- Demonstrated experience in integration of various systems in some or all of the following technologies: Siebel, SAP, OPA, ADFS,.NET and Java.

Development in Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) services.
- Building integration services for various systems including Siebel, SAP, OPA,.Net, IDM, ADFS and Java.
- Configuration and hosting services in Web Logic Server, Oracle API Gateway and/or IBM Data Power.

May need to support releases outside of business hours, or be part of a rostered on-call support
