**Lead Product Designer**
Attribute Group are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join a industry leading organisation where you will be play a key role in researching, service design, designing and testing the user experience of the businesses digital channel and products.
The role will champion the user and customer experience of the product, producing validated user flows, experience maps, interactive prototypes and hypothesis and analysis.
**Key responsibility**
- Identify and profile all customer types and document user journeys and pain points across the digital platform and products.
- Measure and capture user feedback on a regular basis.
- Execute the UX process from end to end, including ideation, wireframes, behavioral specifications, and high-fidelity and prototypes.
- Help define the user experience best practice end state for the business and drive key user centered design initiatives to get them to Best in Class.
**Key experience**
- Multiple years’ experience designing UX for mobile, web and design systems including research and service design
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills and proven ability to manage, liaise and influence decision making at a senior level and to influence peers, managers, and junior team members on ideal outcomes.
- An empathetic mentality towards aligning this user's needs with business objectives.
- A passion for solving complex interaction problems with real-world constraints with simplicity.
- An exceptional portfolio of (shipped) product UX and that articulates the relationship between research/insight and design as part of a coherent process.
