**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control.
- Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming inventory.
- Implement efficient inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Plan and coordinate task sheets and team schedules to ensure optimal coverage of warehouse activities.
- Work closely with all departments - communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any concerns with direct team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance and productivity.
- **Logistics and Operations**:

- Coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries and returns of equipment.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Troubleshoot any logístical issues that may arise during event preparations or equipment returns.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimise accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and address potential hazards.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is essential (Events industry is preferable)
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- A valid manual driver's license (with a forklift ticket is preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $55,204.38 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Open Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/02/2025
