Winemaker - Hart & Hunter

Hart & Hunter is looking for a winemaker to join our production team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all day to day operations in the winery and working closely with the owners to further develop products with an ongoing focus on single sites within the Hunter Valley.

This role is an opportunity to be involved in a progressive and expanding business. You will work alongside the owner and our clients, you will relish the responsibility of winemaking, logistics and ongoing promotion of Hart & Hunter.

Your passion for the Hunter Valley will shine through as will your enthusiasm in exploring wines from other regions.

Job Requirements
- Oenology Degree
- Min 2 years experience or demonstrated ability running small to medium size winery.
- Ongoing sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer literacy focused around, Microsoft systems.
- Relevant Forklift and RSA accreditation
