Your opportunity:

As an Analyst - Digital Investment Strategy in our Digital Strategic Planning team, you’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful change and help contribute to the development of our long-term digital investment roadmap.

Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and relevance of analytical insights provided, and the overall contribution to the organisational success of Urban Utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of our 5 year and 10 year rolling digital investment and transformation program.- Contributing to ‘pre-project’ phases of large and complex digital investments programs through leading initiatives and analyses- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our investment tools, templates and processes.- Contributing to engagements with business stakeholders, including executive and senior leadership.- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of investment tools, templates and processes

About you:
You're a curious and collaborative problem-solver with a people-first mindset. Passionate about driving improvement, you bring others along the journey with clear communication and a team-oriented approach. You bring:
- A foundational grasp of digital transformation and tech-driven business improvement- Basic analytical skills for research, data interpretation, and cost-benefit analysis- Exposure to business case development, project scoping, or portfolio investment planning- Eagerness to learn digital frameworks, enterprise systems, and emerging tech- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to support stakeholder engagement and change management efforts- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Foundations, ITIL) are a plus- Experience supporting IT or digital analysis is desirable
