- The Role:

- Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, permanent role, you will become a brand ambassador and embody our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made solutions.
- We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Assistance Centre team, responsible for ensuring customers across Mercedes-Benz Cars and Mercedes-Benz Vans receive exceptional service and support. Working closely with our authorized retail network, brand colleagues and key business stakeholders, this role provides the opportunity to resolve customer issues in a way that reinforces our brand promise leading to lifelong customer advocates, and ultimately increased vehicle sales.
- Key customer services responsibilities include:
- Provide specialist automotive technical support to the authorised retail network.
- Review goodwill financial support to our customers.
- Support to the Customer Assistance Centre Manager where required, such as working through daily stats reports, executive reports, etc.

**Qualifikationen**:

- What you need to be successful:
- A background in case management will be highly valued.
- Experience within the automotive industry and of Australian consumer legislations (ACCC) will be highly valued.
- The ability to effectively resolve escalated complex customer complaints.
- A strong communicator, both in written and verbal communication, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
