**About the Role**

The National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) is a national formal process for recognising operators who have robust safety management systems in place. It is also increasingly being used to show compliance with general duty requirements under road transport law.

On the job training will be provided to enable you to interpret and provide guidance on the functions administered by the Accreditation team.

Working with a team of collaborative individuals, we offer a supportive hybrid work environment with flexible work from home arrangements.

**About You**
- Previous experience in customer service along with high-level administration skill
- Excellent time management and organisational skills including the ability to plan,
set priorities, and meet deadlines
- High level interpersonal and communications skills that enables you to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in working in a team environment where you take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism in your approach
- Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment and with competing priorities
