**About the role**

**Other responsibilities**:

- Customer relationship management
- Responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Issue resolution and problem solving
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiates

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role i.e., Customer Service, hospitality.
- Must have experience in SAP or M3 systems with good computer skills in MS Suite
- Excellent communication skills and high-level attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating within a team
- Solid work ethics and key contributor
