We have an opportunity for a Dealer Manger to generate growth for the Aggregates (McCloskey) division within APAC (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea & SE Asia).

The team you will be supporting are leaders in the design and manufacture of innovative crushing, screening, washing, shredding and conveying equipment, used in the construction, recycling, landscaping, aggregate and environmental industry sectors.

You will develop and manage the external distribution network, and identify and onboard new suitable distribution partners.

THE ROLE
- Responsibility for all sales through external partners within the stated territory, including meeting performance targets
- Follow up on distributor performance, developing corrective action plans when required
- Develop and implement training programs for individual distributors ensuring the required skill and personnel levels are within the partner’s organization
- Identify, create and propose territory development plans

This position can be located in either Perth, Brisbane or Sydney.

ABOUT YOU
You will have prior experience in distribution sales in both the aggregate and environmental industries. You will also have:

- Proven track record achieving business targets
- Sales management experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships with distributor and customers
- Understanding of distribution management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Fluent in an additional language would also be an asset
- Sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Broad knowledge of databases
- Strong presentation skills, confident in presenting to a wide audience
- Comfortable communicating at all levels of authority
