**Job Description**:
Our Facilitation Administrators are responsible for providing admin support to our Complimentary Programs and Pre-employment teams

**Key responsibilities**:

- Checking daily reports to ensure all clients referred to Pre-Employment Training are booked into a program;
- Reviewing course referrals and managing capacity limits;
- Following up non-attendees;
- Assisting with activity creation and scheduling;
- Assisting with resume preparation and formatting for clients;
- Any other general administrative tasks for the Complimentary Programs team; and
- Supporting Pre-Employment Facilitators.
