You will spend 12 months at the AB Group Company Headquarter in Orzinuovi (Italy) in order to improve technical and commercial skills and start a challenging international career in the Sales Department.

During this period:

- You will work directly in the different AB departments (ex. production, engineering, maintenance, proposal engineering, sales etc. ).
- You will acquire knowledge about AB solutions and services as well as know-how about our sector, customer management, leads generation, market analysis, negotiation techniques and much more.
- After the Program, you will cover the role of Junior Sales Engineers, dealing with the commercial development of a specific International Area.

- You have an Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Automation)
- You have gained from 2 to 4 years of professional experience in companies with a strong international exposure and belonging to the Energy or Engineering sector
- You are interested and motivated in developing an international career in the energy sector and in a dynamic Group, striven to excellence
- You have a strong sales approach
- You are available for frequent international business trips
- English mothertongue or excellent (a second language is appreciated)
