**About the Role**:
To guide students through their education and career journey by providing excellence in customer
service and to act as an ambassador of Melbourne Polytechnic brand and products.

**Duties**:

- Provide technical support to students in the use of technology to complete their enrolment.
- Provide assigned enrolment support and advice to ensure a seamless and high-quality student
experience by guiding prospective students through all the stages from enquiry to enrolment.
Specifically: Enquiry and Application, Pre-training review (including Language, Literacy &
Numeracy), Training Plan, eligibility, and fees/payment, and cash-up duties in line with approved
procedures.
- Professionally communicate via inbound and outbound telephone calls, virtual interview sessions
accurate turnaround of all student correspondence relating to inquiries.
- Build and maintain a sound working knowledge of the relevant functionality in the Student
Management System, Customer Relationship Management system, New Voice Media, Identity
Verification Service (GreenId) and other relevant systems, to maintain and process student
enrolments and records accurately. Ensure comprehensive and accurate file notes are entered in
the CRM/SMS in agreed timelines.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of a Year 12 or equivalent qualification with at least 2
years' work experience, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate
effectively with a varied student cohort with an ability to be flexible in responding to and having an
understanding and empathy for the needs of students at all levels and across all cultures.
- Ability to work under supervision and mentoring of an Enrolment Centre Advisor/Coordinator and
within a team to meet enrolment requirements and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability, commitment and enthusiasm for the provision of high-level customer service
experience together with a strong outcome driven focus.
