About the School Our niche primary school is located in the attractive green suburb of Robertson, 12 kilometres south-east of central Brisbane. It is a coeducational school for Prep to Year 6 with approximately 750 students. About the Role As the Principal your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following: - Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students. - Improve the educational outcomes for all students. - Uphold values-based, ethical leadership. - Promote socially just practices in daily school life. - Set high standards for student and staff performance. - Engage in lifelong learning and professional development. - Nurture positive partnerships with students, teachers, community and stakeholders. - Be future-oriented and strategic. - Understand policies and legislation affecting the department. - Manage department resources to achieve goals.
