Security Officer

**Who we are looking for**

Challenger Security is seeking qualified and experienced Full time Security Officers who are career focused and determined to join a team with excellent opportunities for training and promotion. You will work at 5-star Retirement Living Facilities across Sydney Metropolitan areas. Previous experience working in Retirement Living Facilities will be highly regarded or at a minimum, you must have previous experience working in other premier facilities involving frequent engagement with visitors and guests.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working shifts across Monday to Sunday on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
- Maintaining working knowledge of the locations of various departments, routes and admission requirements
- Use computerised access control systems/CCTV
- Report detailed information to management
- Work within a highly successful team environment.

**What you need to apply**

For this role, you will need:

- Current Security Licence (required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (required)
- Police check (required)
- Vaccinated for Covid-19 and Influenza (required)
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- A confident and welcoming attitude to customer experience with high level observation skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
- Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
- Availability to work shifts across Monday to Sunday on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster
