**About Us - Fan Focused. Results Driven**
At Gemba, we work at the intersection of sport, entertainment and culture, bringing strategy, data and analytics, insights and communications together to deliver results that matter.
Our name comes from the Japanese term _gemba _, meaning “the real place”, which reflects our commitment to uncovering the truth at the heart of fan behaviour. Since 2006, we’ve built our reputation by understanding audiences deeply, helping our clients cut through the noise of an increasingly complex and competitive landscape.
We are proud to partner with major brands, rights holders and organisations to shape the future of sport and entertainment, whether driving commercial growth, increasing participation or creating meaningful engagement.
If you are passionate about fans, culture and creating impact, you’ll find your place at Gemba.
**About the Role**
If you want to come and play with the biggest Leagues, Clubs, Sports, and Brands on the planet then get off the sideline, because we’ve got an amazing opportunity for you. This is a chance to combine a solid research career with a passion for sport and entertainment - think ticketing solutions for FIFA, fan segmentation for the Australian Grand Prix and evaluating partnerships for the likes of global brands Netflix, Coca Cola and McDonalds.
This role is hands on and therefore you will have the ability to undertake complex data analysis, requiring working knowledge of statistical techniques, campaign effectiveness analysis, segmentation and strategic writing. You will also have a working knowledge of techniques such as choice-based conjoint analysis and the ability to work with its raw output to run pricing scenarios.
