Our client, an industry leader within culturally and linguistically diverse community research, is on the lookout for new talent to join their tight-knit and talented team of Consultants in Sydney Having spent time carefully developing culturally sensitive methodologies, they ensure that all voices are heard across communities, cultures, religions, and economic backgrounds. Projects can cover areas such as health, domestic violence, human rights, education and more, and clients are a mixture of social organisations, charities, foundations, private sector clients and local, federal, and state government departments.

**The Role**

Alongside other researchers and with the support of a national team of highly skilled bilingual fieldwork consultants, you will deliver high-quality big-impact research projects to both government and private sector clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, design culturally appropriate methodologies and evaluation frameworks, manage fieldwork, analyse data, and produce detailed reports and engaging presentations. No two days will be the same and you will have on-going support both from within the research team and the wider organisation to continue to develop your skills and progress your career whilst working across fascinating projects.

**Your Skills**
- Strong qualitative research skills (interviews, focus groups) and the ability to translate qualitative data into engaging stories and high-impact insights
- Research experience gained in social policy, market research and/or programme evaluation
- Excellent organisational and project management skills including the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- High level written and verbal communication
- An interest in innovative research and evaluation approaches
- Able to demonstrate you are empathetic and culturally sensitive. Direct experience in research with First Nation Australians would be beneficial
