The Research and Insights Coordinator role sits at the heart of the commercial team and also acts as a bridge to audience insight-driven marketing and content development.

Mamamia's Research & Insights Coordinator will provide research to assist the team in commercial responses to sales briefs, brand uplift studies, maintaining insights-lead marketing material and utilising and understanding audience measurement systems. The individual in this role will be organised, a great communicator, show keen attention to detail and interest in storytelling through research and statistics.

**About the role**
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Bespoke Podcast and Integration colleagues to set up, run, analyse and report on the results of Commercial Partner Campaigns.
- Assist with analysing research to provide useful learnings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partner Strategy colleagues as required to attend brainstorms, help build audience insights into compelling ideas and proposals that win briefs.
- Develop an excellent working relationship with commercial team colleagues.
- Work with the Partner Strategy team to support the creation of B2B thought leadership projects, for example industry EDMs or events.
- Maintain the Research and Insights intranet database with the latest audience research and studies to ensure all information is complete and easy to access by others.

**About you**
- 1-3 years of exposure to consumer insights in either a research provider, agency, brand or media owner.
- A keen interest in storytelling through research and statistics
- Experience with analysing and understanding audience insights
- Detail oriented and well organised, great time management and an ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and comfortably as a part of a team.
- Experience using data analytic tools preferable (E.G. Q-Research Software, SPSS, Omni).
