**Full time position (2x part time positions may also be considered)**:

- **12-month maximum term contract**:

- **Hybrid work arrangement - Flexibility to WFH & from a Uniting office**

**Your new role**:
You will be required to identify individualised local program needs and collect data on foster care engagement strategies to better inform future recruitment campaigns. You will also maintain Uniting’s foster care webpage and take the lead on carer engagement and promotion activities.

In addition to a base salary commencing at **$106k + super**, you can access the following.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will bring with you:

- A relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Marketing or a related discipline
- Knowledge of Home Based Care and the challenges faced by community service organisations in the delivery of foster care services
- Understanding of the end-to-end foster care recruitment and accreditation process
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
