Anglicare Victoria provides foster care for children and young people who are temporarily unable to live at home. Anglicare Victoria is the State’s largest provider of foster care and plays a vital role in protecting children and young people by ensuring they have a safe, stable and nurturing home while their family cannot care for them.

Day to day your are going to be advocating for children in placements, attending care team meetings, completing administrative tasks and ultimately making sure children and young people in foster care get stable care according to their needs. The role also involves the support, assessment and review of our amazing volunteer carers.

**The skills you will use day to day**:

- Providing children & young people with foster care placements that will support their development & maintain safety.
- Engage with our volunteer carers making sure that the work you do behind the scenes sets them up for success.
- Provide case management to children and young people in foster care placements.
- We want to see a passion for working with children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with DFFH and other services providers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing administrative tasks, home visits and phone calls.
