**About the role**
- Key responsibilities of this role are: (but not limited to)_
- _Coordinate accreditation activities including audits, evidence collection and ongoing compliance monitoring by liaising with auditors and external partners as required, including maintaining accurate records, registers and evidence to support audit readiness and ongoing industry compliance_
- _Prepare documentation, evidence and maintain audit report records to support accreditation, including tracking corrective actions and referring identified non compliances to the Accreditation Supervisors, Operations Advisors or Manager_
- _Support the Manager Accreditation Services by providing recommendations and preparing case management and accreditation documentation including maintaining accurate accreditation data_
- _Taking ownership of caseloads & lead the solution creation before escalation by working autonomously to deliver agreed priorities, accountabilities and timeframes_
- _Deliver customer requests including the raising of refunds as required by preparing and issuing consumer deliverables (i.e. interception books, vehicle labels)_
- _Contribute to team performance and process improvement initiatives_

- To be successful in this role you will possess _
- _Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to manage effective relationships with customers, stakeholders and the team_
- _Demonstrate the ability to identify gaps in compliance and recommend improvements, including facilitate root cause analysis for non-compliances_
- _Proven experience in utilising data dashboards or analytics tools to identify trends and visualize compliance performance and bring insight into safety culture and behavioural drivers behind compliance failures (or ability to rapidly acquire this)_
- _Demonstrated strong written communication skills including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex issues and risks in high level documentation including reports, briefings, business cases and service level agreements._
- _Demonstrated ability to manage self and work autonomously to deliver quality outputs within agreed priorities, accountabilities and timeframes_
