Perth, Australia Mining Employment Services Full time

MES is seeking an experienced **Project Exploration Geologist** to join our ASX-listed client's growing team.

This is an opportunity to work for a high-performing and established gold mining company on one of their gold operations in Western Australia.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree qualifications in Geology;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage people and resources;
- Strong knowledge of mineral systems and exploration targeting techniques including both Brownfield and Greenfields exploration;
- Experience in project generation;
- Ability to interpret, integrate and visualise geological, geochemical, geophysical and other datasets for base and precious metals exploration;
- A high degree of computer literacy including industry-standard software;
- Experience managing tenure including reporting and complying with tenement conditions.

**Position Duties**:

- Develop, plan, implement, manage and coordinate exploration strategies;
- Undertake geologic sampling and field mapping;
- Supervising drilling, drill contractors and other earthworks contractors;
- Update and validate geological data in the database;
- Interpret, integrate and visualise multiple datasets;
- Contribute to company and statutory compliance obligations through the generation of quality reports.

Duty Roster: FIFO Perth 8:6

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $155,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
