This rewarding position involves managing client inquiries, developing meaningful relationships, and navigating dynamic staff and client rostering.
**About the Role**:
The **Office Admin
- Scheduler **will play a pivotal role in our mission, responsible for managing client inquiries, developing strong relationships, and overseeing the dynamic staff and client rostering.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Enquiries**:Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- **Relationship Development**:Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring trust and confidence in our services.
- **Rostering Management**:Navigate the dynamic world of staff and client rostering with finesse, ensuring optimal care delivery.
