
Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join the team at Evoke Living Homes in Northam. This role is full-time and office-based (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm).
As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, ensuring enquiries are followed up promptly and professionally. You will also provide essential administrative support to our Sales Consultants, ensuring systems are accurate, documentation is up to date, and helping the team stay on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls, emails, and HubSpot enquiries.
- Following up new leads and logging client interactions.
- Supporting Sales Consultants with bookings, scheduling, and client documentation.
- Assisting with tender submissions, sales reports, and maintaining sales data.
- Coordinate office administration, including supplies, mail, and the day-to-day running of the office
- Ensuring accurate record keeping across all sales and administrative systems.
About you:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicator, professional on the phone and in writing.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to assist across a wide variety of tasks.
- A reliable team player who contributes positively to group success
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is an advantage).
