Tuckers Geelong is a part of InvoCare (IVC) which is listed leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.
**About the role**:
Our Funeral Directors Assistants play an integral role in supporting our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services, taking the deceased into our care, and assisting with funeral services.
**About you**:
We are looking for people who have a strong customer service attitude and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased.
You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills, patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.
