Our client is Australia’s preferred specialist in their industry. With 23 years’ experience, they offer industry leading products. They span seven branches across the nation and are currently looking for a highly motivated graduate to join their Melbourne team.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to problem solve pro-actively and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Clear written communication skills
- Detail orientated with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Ability to build rapport
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly
- Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and writing desirable
**The Role**:
- Maintain and review ongoing plans of each product.
- Review inventory requirement and initiate procurement plan
- Initiate weekly communication with key stakeholders of the recommended supply plan for products
- Collaborate within the procurement and logistics team to implement procurement plans and monitor delivery schedules
- Participate and drive continuous improvement and optimisation of procedures within the supply chain
- Administering and maintaining purchase orders and records as required
- Tasks as directed by the Manager to support the team function
