We are currently seeking a Procurement Agent to grow and develop their career in our Supply Chain team located in Port Melbourne a full time permanent basis. This position is based 100% onsite. This role would suit a recent graduate.

**Position Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute category strategies including negotiation and contracting plan
- s Support procurement activities and contractual negotiations that directly impact our financial succes
- s Liaise and integrate with stakeholders including finance, prepare required reporting and analysis to deliver the expected outcome
- s Source and select suppliers to our business and preparing and executing short term and long term contract
- s Develop strategic solutions and implement continuous improvement opportunitie
- s Communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers to resolve contractual issue

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)**:
A bachelors degree in supply chain and logistics or simila
- r Previous experience in Procurement / Supply Chain would be advantageou
- s Effective problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skill
- s Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skill
- s Project management, time management, and organisation skill
- s High proficiency in Microsoft Suit
