**Revenue Officer**

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact during challenging times? NSW Ambulance is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Revenue Officer. As a Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our community by ensuring a seamless and efficient ambulance fees and charges process while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in managing the revenue collection process, including non-patient billing, in strict adherence to NSW Health/NSW Ambulance policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring meticulous maintenance of records as per NSW Health policy directives.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports, contributing to the effective management of revenue-related data.
- Play an active role in the development, improvement, and implementation of new processes and systems related to customer service, continuously striving for excellence.
- Foster a positive team culture within Revenue Operations by actively participating in team building and culture improvement exercises.

**Essential Requirements**
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, especially in stressful and emotional situations.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively with individuals who have experienced medical emergencies, displaying empathy and accurate information dissemination through various communication channels.
- Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems to carry out duties efficiently.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills, capable of balancing priorities and handling diverse tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, using initiative, judgment, and discretion in a flexible and creative manner.
- Be self-driven, adaptable, and resilient, with the capacity to make sound decisions independently.
- Familiarity with call center processes and a strong knowledge of industry practices to handle various customer and business enquiries.
- Showcase the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively engaging with team members.
