About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial leadership and partner with our Superannuation business and Trustee entities. Internally you will be known as Manager, Superannuation Finance and play a critical role in enabling our internal teams to deliver exceptional services to our end clients by ensuring financial integrity, insight, and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial support for Superannuation and Trustee entities, including regulatory compliance (CPS 190 and CPS 515)
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Member Office teams to assess and implement finance-related impacts of new superannuation legislation
  • Coordinate with other Finance teams to develop 3-year financial plans aligned with Trustee business strategies
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts for Fund General Reserves and present insights to Trustee Boards
  • Support monthly financial close processes, ensuring accurate revenue and expense reporting, and deliver insightful variance analysis
  • Contribute to ASX quarterly announcements, market releases, and full-year results presentations
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives, including business case development and benefits realisation
  • Support product remediation programs with financial insights and analysis
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure financial needs are met effectively
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and support ad hoc analysis as required

What You Will Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Commerce
  • CA or CPA qualification preferred
  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, ideally with a superannuation focus
  • Proven experience leading regulatory change within Finance
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, FUMA, and financial performance drivers
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to execution in dynamic environments
  • Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
