About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Engagement Leader who will play an integral role in improving end-to-end service to our customers. You will mentor and coach a high performing, best in class team to increase overall business efficiency while offering clear accountability and transparency into customer performance with a single point of contact.

Your experience in delivering customer excellence and relationship management will help deliver the IBP Customer Engagement development strategy for our customers. The role will identify key improvements and look to improve efficiencies in how we deliver and define customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the external relationship with key customer contacts to ensure proper information exchange, planning, and execution relative to replenishment.- Develop and maintain Customer relationships to achieve executional excellence in established business processes that deliver and sustain required customer service standards and customer specific metrics- Provide customer insights and customer intelligence to build an innovative and customer-centric partnership- Partner with Commercial, Sales, supply chain Demand & Supply colleagues to ensure best for business solutions are implemented- Drive issue resolution, liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure daily and weekly service level targets are met- Lead the Vendor Replenishment Planning team to deliver customer centric, efficient replenishment and great service

About you- Experience coaching and mentoring a customer focused team - ideally within Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex strategies and influence senior stakeholders- Experience in financial analysis of supply chain operations - great with Excel and other analytic tools- Solid experience working with cross functional teams (eg Manufacturing, inventory control, procurement, planning)- Customer strategic mindset - ability to think proactively
