**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Engagement Strategy**:Devise and execute comprehensive strategies to engage and retain over 1 million InstantScripts customers, with a focus on driving repeat transactions.
- **Social Media Management**:Oversee InstantScripts' organic social channels, including Instagram and Facebook. Develop and implement strategies to grow audience following and create compelling content that reflects our brand identity.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**:Work closely with the broader marketing team to personalize user journeys on the InstantScripts website. Create relevant content and ensure seamless integration with marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.

**Education/Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a customer engagement role or similar marketing position.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track record of delivering strategic customer engagement initiatives.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with customers.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in an agile team environment.
