**The Company**

Our client is a large FMCG business who provider to Australia's largest retailers. They are continuing to transform and improve their operations and is on the lookout for an experienced Distribution Team Leader to assist their operation in the Western Suburbs.

**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to supervise one of Australia's market leading FMCG businesses. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

- Under management of the Distribution Manager, overlook the day to day operation of the site.
- Achieve day to day goals and KPI's.
- Coach, lead and develop a workforce of 10+ blue collar colleagues.
- Provide and drive a good working culture and environment.
- Highlight and effectively trouble shoot problems that arise in a timely manner.
- Create effective rosters.
- Close focus on OHS and run weekly tool box meetings.

**Your Background**
- 4 + Years experience in a Distribution Centre and within a Team Leader role.
- Good communication skills both written and verbally.
- Experience working in a fast paced and on the move environment.
- Great people skills and the ability to drive a good working culture.
