This role is to collaborate with the Project Implementation Manager and the broader IWFM program team to facilitate the implementation of the enterprise solution to the frontline staff within Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the project implementation team, senior change specialists and the state
- wide business transformation lead to plan and deliver appropriate communications, business process analysis, change impact analysis, training and change activities to support the successful transition for staff to the new solution
- Manage, identify, develop and plan select business change management deliverables to ensure the successful implementation of theProgram will meet business needs
- Ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
- Initiate, influence and manage effective relationships with and between key stakeholders to understand business requirements, achieve high level engagement, manage needs and expectations, mitigate risks, and support change.
- Undertake the analysis of change impacts for stakeholders, and document key changes to processes and practices utilising relevant change management tools.
- Drive the rapid adoption of new concepts and processes through, not only change coaching, but by providing business facing support during transition and implementation.
- Encourage strong and supportive ownership, leadership and sponsorship through the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Develop and maintain strong, meaningful and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and advocate for the program and manage changing requirements for communication and engagement activity that supports the successful delivery of the rostering solution to the staff
- Undertake change related risk and issues identification, documentation and tracking, and provide mitigation strategies and advice regarding implementation of plans.
- Managing the definition, documentation and successful completion of a large scale, complex change project in line with the program business transformation and business analysis methodologies.

**Key competencies/suitability**:

- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to operationalise solutions that meet project objectives.
- Proven ability to deliver change activities across a number of program deliverables unguided and alongside clinical and administrative leaders.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing, supporting and mentoring change management teams
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.

**Please note** :Ability to travel intra-state is a requirement of this role.
