Our client is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager with skills in organizational change management and development for an initial 6 months contract.

As a Business Change Manager, you will
- complete end-to-end change management activities including planning and executing change elements to deliver workforce change
- plan, manage and deliver all facets of change interventions
- work with business stakeholders across the parties to implement business change
- complete business change impact assessments and other business readiness activities relating to workforce change
- help leadership to support staff to adopt, embed and sustain the change
- work with leaders to deliver comprehensive communications activities
- identify and escalate key change issues and risks within the project representatives
- ensure changes being delivered by the project are valid and relevant to the business outcomes.
