This is a unique role for a Residential Property Manager to start a career as an Onsite Property Manager or for an existing onsite Property Manager wanting work life balance.

**Being onsite in a luxury apartment complex you will be responsible for**:

- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Maintenance

**The ideal Property Manager**:

- Previous Property Manager experience (essential)
- Onsite experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Team player and ability to work autonomously
