**Property Manager**
Our client is a modern agency with expertise across all facets of real estate. As part of a very successful office that is experiencing exponential growth, you will be a dynamic and motivated Property Manager looking for a stable, long term role within property management.
As the Property Manager your role will manage a clean and modest sized portfolio, with admin assistance and no trust accounting. Working within a family orientated office, you will work autonomously. This is a business with a close nit, family feel where everyone works as a team. Due to the culture within, this agency rarely hire.
As the Property Manager your duties will be:
- All facets of full portfolio management, entries, exits, landlord and tenant liaison.
- Nurturing a clean and tidy portfolio, capped to ensure you're not under servicing or over working.
- A supportive and sociable team environment.
