Are you an experienced property manager contemplating a change, or a Junior Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career, but not sure of the best way to go about it? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager/Junior to join this incredible and dynamic team.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing a tidy portfolio - bonus of smooth handover with current PM
- Managing rental arrears
- Handling repairs and maintenance
- Outgoing / ingoing and periodic inspections
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Delivering outstanding service and prompt communication

To be apart of this progressive and extremely dedicated Property Management Team, you will be highly organised, and thrive on structure, working closely with strict procedures. A strong knowledge of current legislation is highly advantageous and a great skillset building rapport between landlords and tenants alike will see you succeed exponentially throughout this role.

**Skills & Experience**
To be eligible for the role, applicants must possess the following:

- Current Drivers License
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- At least 12 months experience running your own portfolio or 12 months as a Junior Property Manager and ready to take the next step
