**Our Client**:
Our client is an Iconic Australian enterprise who are currently in the market for a Service Continuity Support Analyst to work for an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and management of IT environments as well as providing integration & implementation skills for new systems.

**About the role**

**You would be involved in**:

- Implement and maintain production support services for corporate enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Establish systems and devise maintenance programs to automate enterprise systems management.
- Provide technical resolution to enterprise systems related problems.
- Provide technical support to critical enterprise systems.
- Disaster Recovery capability reporting, issues tracking, funding and resolution.

**To be successful for the role, you would ideally**:

- Demonstrated hands on experience and knowledge of large-scale multi-vendor platforms and for a large organisation.
- Expert knowledge and 'hands on experience with installation of relevant software, upgrades and patches.
- Expert knowledge and hands on experience of using multiple operating systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Systems Management concepts including event management, problem management and configuration management.
