**_ We empower students and their studies_** by providing highly engaging small-group tutoring designed to prepare them for school assessments and final exams. Our sessions are presented by experienced but young tutors who can teach the study design in a simple and intuitive yet engaging way.

**Opportunity to Tutor Groups**:
**_ Have you ever wanted to do group tutoring but never got the time or students to?_** Maybe you’ve been doing one-on-one tutoring so far, and now you want to explore group tutoring? As a VCE tutor at Contour, rather than tutoring one student at a time, you can now motivate groups of students (up to 10 per class) with your knowledge and experience without the hassle of more admin work and finding students.

**Access to High-Quality Tutoring Material**:
All you have to do is prepare for your tutoring session by reading over the class workbooks beforehand, and provide an excellent tutoring experience to your students :)

**Competitive Pay and Compensation**:
**_We've also introduced a new compensation model since 2024 _**where you'll also share part of the revenue generated by your classes. We want you to feel rewarded for introducing students to Contour and doing a great job at making them happy, so if Contour grows, you'll grow with it
- In some circumstances, if you already have private students but want to transfer them over to Contour, we can potentially even provide payouts so you can move all your tutoring work to us. Win-win_

**Personal Requirements**:

**Sign **an NDA _(e.g. can't distribute our resources/company info to others)_
**❌ Agree** to a non-compete clause (_e.g. you can't tutor student groups for others, exceptions apply, check with us)_
