Opportunity to join a reputable company in the South East. They are a leading precast manufacturing organisation covering projects Australia wide. They specialise in value adding to projects that utilise precast elements. Detailing, coordination, manufacture and erection is essential to ensure that cost-effective and efficient precast is always adopted. The company was established in 1982 and has a strong family feel to it, with employees working here for the past 30 years.

**Your new role**
- Manage and lead by example on a daily basis, ensuring the most cost-effective labour hours with mínimal or zero overtime.
- Coordinate all factory work and dates according to builders' programs and to ensure targets are met in collaboration with the production team leader.
- Ensure all operations satisfy WHS requirements.
- Ability to redevelop the factory.
- Build and maintain a high performing team, encouraging and developing team members' skills.
- Develop a clear understanding of steel fixing, boxing of panels and concreting, and all trades required in the production process.
- Maintain a high quality product and increase production.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of precast factory.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Attention to detail.
