**Job Description**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, junior finance professional looking to gain exposure across all facets of a global commercial finance team. This is a new role following continued company growth and an exciting time to join the team

Reporting into our Finance Manager, you will support accounts receivable and accounts payable across our global client base with cloud based technology as well as administration duties within the wider, global team when needed.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Verifying and processing of bills, invoices and purchase orders using our smart accounting tech stack to minimise manual data entry
- Processing payments to external vendors
- Invoicing of customers and maintaining accurate client records
- Regular follow up with overdue accounts and sending payment reminders
- Reporting on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- General bookkeeping duties
- Administrative duties as required
- Managing the company’s asset register

- General accounting experience across payables and receivables is desirable.
- University degree in Accounting / Business or a Diploma in Bookkeeping (completed or in progress)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment and are highly adaptable to change
- You're a team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues whether in the office or remotely
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse community groups and other stakeholders.
