**The Role**

The Administration Officer provides the day-to-day administrative support to the Program Coordinators and Program Manager, assisting them to ensure the residential and non-residential programs run smoothly and are adequately resourced with safe facilities, equipment, consumables, and staff. The role also contributes to the processing of referrals and admission coordination.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Administration or general office experience working in a health or welfare setting
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage many different demands and work priorities
- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to coordinate people, goods and services to ensure the household runs smoothly
