**About us**
Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC and MoRDC are the latest distribution centres being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect's national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines.
**What you will do**
- Maintaining the Warehouse Control System and Blue Yonder and inventory software ensuring accurate and data input, reporting whilst identifying issues, troubleshooting stocktake audit issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Act as a key contact point for identified system issues, troubleshooting problems and acting to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure that all adjustments are made in the system correctly using the right adjustment codes, and report on the reasons for all large adjustment
- Manage product layout in the system, new product and retired product information
- Manage recalls, damages, withdrawals and act as key contact with our Charity partners management
- Lead project work across the inventory systems, monitor daily service levels
- Provide stores query assistant with stock levels, unreceived stock and other issuesSlot new lines, seasonal events and deleted stock through the system
**What you'll bring**
- Experience in Warehouse control systems, Blue Yonder and SAP ideally with demonstrated project management and problem solving skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of inventory in large fast moving distribution centres with thousands of lines
- Solid experience in developing SOP and work instructions
- Excellent communication skills, very high attention to detail and team playerDemonstrated experience working in supply chain, FMCG or similar
