Minimum 1 year's contract logistics (3PL) experience
- CargoWISE One & WMS experience beneficial
- Microsoft Office
- The position is responsible for providing business support to the Solutions Team, by completing data entry, analysing reports and problem solving, invoicing customers, and providing support to the BCM Team to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly._
- Generate, monitor and distribute financial data reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the analysis of KPI achievement status reports, to detect areas of improvement for operational and service performance
- Monitor ORGANIZATION’s service costs, to ensure they are controlled, and budgets are achieved
- Escalate any developments or issues related to ORGANIZATION’s supply chain service to Management
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to extract information and problem solve in areas concerning operational finances
- Accurate and efficient data entry into CargoWise One billing module
- Accurately maintain and execute all invoicing tasks within the Solutions Team
- Raise client invoices in ORGANIZATION’s finance system
- Managing and allocating supplier invoices within the site client base
- Recommend process improvements to Site Manager & Management Team
- Complete designated projects as assigned by the Site Manager & Management Team
- Engage in Process Improvement across the Solutions Team, including, but not exclusive of, system development, SOP & SWMS maintenance, report development, customer/process implementations
- Become a key participant in ORGANIZATION’s operational excellence program
- Provide technical support in warehouse management system development in conjunction with the BCM Team
- Resolve or escalate WMS enquiries in a timely manner

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
