**Job Description**:
We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team.
This role is ideal for experienced customer-facing professionals with admin and/or events experience, ready to take on a (mostly) business-hours role with a national team. A premium customer experience is key to the success of this position.
This role is responsible for the successful execution of workplace and employee experience events and activations, including client (internal and external) liaison, event planning and administration, food & beverage, stakeholder and partnership management and support to the management team. It operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will open up multiple career pathways that you may not have yet considered.
Working with a local Workplace Support team and a national Workplace Experience team, the day-to-day operations include:
- Planning for meetings and events by consulting with the client stakeholders, management, operational team and external catering providers,
- Acting as the conduit between all parties,
- Overseeing meeting and event catering quotes,
- Delivering and facilitating the smooth running of meetings and events,
- Maintaining and building internal client and external partner relationships,
- Performing timely follow up with clear communication,
- Delivering professional customer service to the client in all communication pathways,
- Ensuring first class arrival experience for all hosts, facilitators, VIPs and guests, registration procedures have been followed and facilitators are provided with equipment required,
- Being contactable for the duration of all Community events and provide Tier 1 tech support to all clients as required,
- Generally ‘owning’ and being proud of the experiences you are able to provide to your customers.

**Qualifications**:
- Experience working in high end service environments,
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service,
- Exposure to delivering varied styles of events is desirable,
- Experience in engaging with a range of people and the ability to develop relationships,
- IT savvy, including a basic understanding with the desire to further develop your skills in this space,
- Strong administrations skills across the Microsoft office suite,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Problem solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs and a desire to go above and beyond for customers,
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation,
- Full working rights in Australia.
