**Technical Records & Administration Officer**
- Full-Time - $65,000 to $70,000 + Super
- Jandakot Location with Onsite Parking
- Friendly Down to Earth Team - Monday to Friday

Our client seeks an experienced Technical Records and Administration Officer to join their team. Within this diverse role in the exciting Engineering / Aviation space, you will be charged with the responsibility of handling Technical Records Management and other functions including Stores, Support and Admin duties, as required.

They seek a conscientious, team player with a down to earth approach and a robust ability to focus on process protocols and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Maintain aircraft records, aircraft logbooks and component history cards
- Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved
- Data entry and filing
- Document Control and Admin duties
- General office duties and daily office organisation
- Assisting Base Manager with hangar duties
- Support with the coordination of crew houses and rental cars
- Maintaining SDS compliance
- Managing Component shelf life, Inhibiting schedules and ground equipment maintenance

**Qualities**:

- Enthusiastic, Assertive and Highly organised
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and be willing to learn
- Problem solving attitude and attention to detail
- Supportive with excellent communication and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a challenging environment and fix problems as they arise

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Prior experience with aviation maintenance tracking programs (Aeronet - preferred)
- Capable of interpreting Aircraft Maintenance documents
- Aviation knowledge - highly regarded
