In this thrilling role, you'll spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge training module focused on community engagement. Your mission? To equip our volunteers with the skills and knowledge they need to foster impactful community partnerships and plan engaging events. Imagine the ripple effect as our volunteers become empowered agents of change in their communities

Your primary task will be to craft this game-changing module, to be delivered through our online training environment. But that's not all-you'll also have the chance to support our Community Engagement Team in presenting and promoting this newfound capability to this agency's dedicated volunteer units.

Flex your communication and presentation skills as you lead engaging sessions, empowering our volunteers to make a difference. No technical or curriculum building experience required-just a passion for connecting with others and driving positive change.

While the core focus is on creating and delivering training, get ready for some adventure With travel to units for presentations during training nights, you'll need a driver's license and a willingness to go the extra mile (literally). Plus, be prepared for the odd overnight stay in regional areas.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills - You won't need to have technical or curriculum building skills
- Excellent presentation/public speaking skills - You may need to run sessions themselves
- Understanding of community engagement - In an emergency services context is desirable, but not essential
