**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team as a CRM & Loyalty Specialist - Distributed Brands owning all things CRM across various brands. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology and Data Insights teams. These strategies will incorporate all facets of CRM and Loyalty marketing including, but not limited to; acquisition, lifecycle and retention strategies, segmentation & targeting, loyalty program management & optimisation, customer research & sentiment monitoring, customer data analysis and insights.
**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- Strategise and evaluate all lifecycle and tactical CRM campaigns, working with the brand relevant eCommerce & Marketing teams to execute.
- Deliver key insights to the wider business around customer, ensuring that we measure the metrics that matter & create actionable insight off the back of these.
- Own and optimise CRM strategies through partnering with brand marketing, trade and eCommerce teams to establish best practice, inform performance, and enable automated journeys.
- Work with the Head of Ecommerce & CRM Manager to ensure tight alignment in all customer lifecycle management strategies across teams and projects.
- Implement strategies to drive the health & performance of the customer database, including driving initiatives around data enrichment, member acquisition & to prevent churn.
- Drive the ongoing optimisation of all CRM & Loyalty activities, including control group assessment & A/B testing roadmaps.
- Maintain & nurture relationships with external vendors and key internal stakeholders within Accent Group.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Demonstrated 2-3 years of relevant experience in Digital, eCommerce or CRM/Loyalty Marketing fields (experience in industries other than Retail considered)
- Someone who is confident and ready to OWN and DRIVE the CRM / Customer Space
- Experience using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Campaign Monitor or similar
- Analytical skills with competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
- Understanding of customer databases and data sets
- Experience in customer lifecycle management & automated/triggered campaigns
- Customer-centric approach to recommendations and insights
- Effective time management skills & meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable working with various brands and stakeholders across the business
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
