About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Admin Assistant to join our team in Milperra.
This is an entry level, permanent full time role that will see you assisting the HR team with administrative duties encompassing the entire employee lifecycle events and transactions.

Working as a key member of a close knit HR Team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Shortlisting resumes, conducting reference checks and booking pre-employment medicals.
- Preparing employment packs via HR Onboard.
- Assisting with employee on boarding and off boarding.
- Adding new employees and scanning and uploading documents into the “ConnX” (company HRIS).
- Maintaining organisation charts and keeping employee files up to date.
- Data entry into various spreadsheets
- Management of relevant letters for any employment changes
- To perform any other administrative duties requested by the HR team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Human Resources related qualification (Minimum Cert 4)
- Ability to multi task
- Good computer skills
- A high level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail is a must

This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same It will ideally suit a recent graduate wishing to gain valuable experience in Human Resources.
